1. Return Policy

We do not accept returns for non-defective items.
Returns are only accepted in cases of manufacturing defects.

If you receive an item with a confirmed defect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, including dust bags, barcodes, and all accompanying materials.


2. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges within 14 days of the purchase date, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition.

  • The item is returned with all original packaging, including dust bags, barcodes, and paperwork.

By Order / Custom Items

Please note that items marked as “By Order” or custom-made products are not eligible for return.
They may be exchanged only under the same conditions listed above.


3. Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged, please notify us within 14 days of delivery.

To process your request, we will require proof of the issue (photos or videos).
Once verified, our team will provide full return or exchange instructions.

5. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Noble Knight Outfit cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.


6. Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing time depends on your payment provider.

Online Card Payments

For payments made via Visa or other cards, please note:

  • A 2.5% service fee charged by the payment provider is non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund.

Refund confirmation will be provided within 3 business days of approval.

The refunded amount may take 4–14 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
